La Brea Tar Pits is excited to once again participate in SoCal Museums' annual Free-for-All Day on Saturday, March 23. On this day, over 30 museums in Southern California—presenting art, cultural heritage, natural history, and science—will open their doors and invite visitors to attend free of charge.
This offer is for general admission only for the museum at La Brea Tar Pits and does not include admission to specially ticketed experiences. Advance tickets are required.
Parking
Parking will be available in the Tar Pits Car Park off of Curson Ave. Regular parking fees apply. There will be limited additional parking at 5700 Wilshire Blvd with the parking entrance on Masselin Ave. Street parking is available in the area. We recommend closely reading all parking signs. The area will be very busy on this day, so please plan for increased traffic. Please consider public transportation.
