Virtual School Programs

All of our webinar programs are provided via Zoom and also livestreamed to Youtube. Determine whether you will join via Zoom or Youtube, and if you will project the presentation to your class or if students will be joining on their own devices. For students joining the Zoom program on their own devices, ensure that participants download the Zoom application ahead of time.

In both formats, students will be able to see and hear presenters, but presenters will not be able to see or hear your students. However, participants will only be able to submit questions to the presenters for the Q&A if they are joining via Zoom. 

We can't wait to have your students join us! After registering, you will receive an initial confirmation email and later a separate email with your program Zoom link, ID, and password, and pre-program tips and resources to share with your class. You will also receive a reminder email 24 hours prior to your program start time. 

Before your virtual experience, make sure to:

• Share the Zoom link with students joining on their own devices
• Confirm that your students have downloaded Zoom
• Go over basic Zoom features (i.e. joining a meeting, using the chat box)
• Ensure you and your students' names are correct in Zoom
• Prepare students to take notes and record their experience while participating (Optional: you can grab a copy of our digital field journal)
