Third-Parties
NHMLAC does not sell or rent your personal information. However, we contract with third-party vendors in order to provide certain services to its online visitors, including ticketing, membership and online shop purchases, donation processing, and distribution and customization of the Museum’s email newsletters, and may need to share your personal information with these vendors to accomplish these functions where we are lawfully permitted to do so. The Museum requires third-party vendors to protect the privacy of the Museum’s online visitors and to keep all information secure and confidential and prohibits them from using or sharing such information except as specifically described in their agreements with the Museum.

Children Under 13 Years Of Age
The Museum does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information. We may refuse to process, or continue to process, the child’s personal information until we receive this evidence of consent or authorization.
