Laura Tewksbury
Preparator, Rancho La Brea
As a Preparator at Project 23, Ms. Tewksbury is responsible for excavating fossils, training volunteers and students and sharing her expertise with the public. Her educational background is in both Biology and American Sign Language Interpreting, as well as several years of volunteer service in both the Fossil Lab and the Pit 91 excavations. She loves sharing her enthusiasm for science with museum guests of all ages.
