FIELD TRIPS AT THE LA BREA TAR PITS


La Brea Tar Pits & Museum provides field trips to qualifying CA Pre-K - 12 school groups of 10 or more students at no cost! Please submit this field trip booking form at least three weeks in advance of your visit.


Reservations for Fall 2023 school reservations will be released on August 15, 2023 (for August 21 - December 31, 2023) Reservations for Spring 2024 school reservations will be released on November 15, 2023 (for January 1 - June 5, 2024). 

 

Prior to booking, review daily anticipated attendance for this school year here (when we think the museum will be less busy, busier, and busiest - plus notes about museum closures or park events).

The Natural History Museum provides free field trips to CA accredited Pre-K - 12 public or private school groups of 10 or more students that provide academic instruction to students on a school site at least three days a week.
